The VR46 Riders Academy was launched in 2014 by World Champ Valentino Rossi as a way for aspiring Italian road racers to graduate to the MotoGP World Championships. Riders accepted to the VR46 Academy receive everything needed to learn, progress, and succeed in the MotoGP paddock, including advice from The Doctor himself, Valentino Rossi. Described as a Talent Factory, the Academy provides Motocross and Flat Track training facilities and has produced some of the most talented Moto races including the current MotoGP World Champion, Francesco Pecco Bagnaia and MotoGP Rookie of the year, Marco Bezzecchi.

The partnership between VR46 and POD Active came about through a shared goal of elevating athlete performance through proper training and injury prevention. POD Actives action sports- specific designs emulate the human bodys natural movements while inspiring confidence with CE impact protection and Medically certified ligament protection.

The Adaptive Cuffs were designed to conform to various leg shapes, whileadapting to muscle movement. They accommodate muscle motion and disperse load reducing the risk of skeletal fractures.
